Anecdoted Topography of Place is a poetic combination of personal
experience, reflection and re-iteration of places, spaces, people and things
from recent surrounding environments.
This work was influenced by the novel An Anecdoted Topography of Chance, written by Fluxus artist Daniel Sporri in 1962. The novel maps objects laying at random on Spoerri’s table revealing a series of interconnected musings and memories woven from events, people and things surrounding the artist at that time. |
