Fruit Care II  - Performance (10:00)

A performance series developed over a residency at the Banff Centre for the Arts. In these ten minute performances, 85 year old fitness guru (an avatar of the artists' older self) leads the audience through a series of simple movements and verbal suggestions. Meditations on wellbeing and spiritual ascension are woven into a dreamlike narrative, culminating with shared fruit salad. ​
